Conference to Highlight Best Management Practices against Piracy

WASHINGTON, DC, September 23, 2010 – AdvanFort Company, the leading provider of maritime security for vessels in the pirate-infested Gulf of Aden, announced its sponsorship of the 2nd Maritime Security and Anti-Piracy Conference (MSAPC) on November 10 to 12 in London this year

The conference will gather officials from key military organizations in the United States, the European Union, the Horn of Africa states and NATO. Maritime officers and senior executives in the shipping sector from across the globe are also expected to participate in the discussion of major issues on piracy and the best management practices to counter such threats.

The 2nd MSAPC will also allow the participants to meet with decision makers and most senior executives from the shipping sector who can help structure benefits for their own organizations to counter piracy. An exhibition will showcase the latest products and technologies suppliers on maritime security.
